Now that you have dreams written down you may feel even more anxious than before. [If only all our homeschool days were filled with all the necessary lessons and each of my children's delight directed studies I seem to not fit in or have patience for.] Questions may try to push all those dreams back into the depths of your heart. Questions we fear and use to 'reason' our way out of an idea or dream in our heart as a reasonable one. But, they may have a purpose. The questions that come alongside are important. The questions are part of the seeking process of finding. Let the questions happen. Some questions are not worth pondering. Let them go and learn to ask the right questions. Asking the right questions will help you find. “Lord, can You help me be more patient with my children?” may be answered with God using your children to give you opportunities to practice patience. Although you could ask, “Lord, could you should me how I can be more patient with my children?” Ah, this may be a breath of fresh air. God may answer with answers in your heart, or answers through your husband or a friend. The questions make the difference. Let your dreams for your homeschool lead you to questions. Embrace them, wait with them, and then ask the questions you truly want to seek out and find. Last update : 27-06-2008 00:00
