Dreaming, it doesn't only happen while you are asleep. Dreaming while you are awake entails letting your heart yearn for something. As a parent we long for our children to be safe, to be happy, to follow in the footprints of Jesus, or to find their place in this world. As a homeschooling parent we also long for things. Our reasons for beginning this journey are just a beginning.

Find a quiet minute with a pen in hand and let your heart dream. Write down those things you want during these precious homeschooling years. What do you want each day to look like? What do you long for your children to accomplish? What accomplishments will graduation day hold?
